Hi There, can someone please advise what is going on with the internet services issue?

It's offiline since yesterday and was advised, it will up by today,it's not yet up and now it says,

@virginmedia Why would you not update the status page.. it shows services are normal...if something goes down ...that should be your first thing to get the status page up
