@Lowes what is up with your “customer care”? You made an order error. We called about it. A rep & his manager alluded to an employee’s possibly stealing our credit card info. We probed. The manager said Lowe’s “isn’t responsible” for their employees, & they didn’t fix our order.
@Lowes@Lowes, what does “free delivery” mean when you charge a delivery free anyway, and consumers are forced to dispute it with bots and managers programmed to tell you, “Too bad”?
@Lowes Thank you, but we’ve spent an entire weekend working with “customer care” associates getting nowhere. Friends spent two years going back and forth on a kitchen remodel gone wrong. Wasting more hours hardly seems like it would be productive.
@Lowes What we’ve gleaned through this “customer service” experience, and others our friends have had, is that the company’s mission statement might be akin to wearing down the consumer to the point that they never go back. If so, mission accomplished.
