In Bijnor, Sudip Sharma, an electricity department engineer was brutally assaulted after detecting illegal electricity theft.

At IIT Bombay, Prof. Doolla performed his duty as an invigilator when a student was found cheating. Today, he faces an FIR & has been removed from his position as Dean.

One man does his duty & catches electricity theft. He gets beaten. Most probably prople who are beating him will file SC-ST case against him if they are from SC-ST community.

Another professor enforces examination rules. He ends up facing a criminal case.

If honest officers, teachers and public servants begin wondering, “Why should I intervene? Why should I enforce the rules when I may be the one who pays the price?”—then we have a far bigger crisis ahead.

A nation cannot function when lawbreakers stop fearing the law & law-abiding officials start fearing the consequences of enforcing it.

Think about where this road leads Bharat. 🇮🇳
