A man had gone to a showroom to take delivery of his new car.
After all the paperwork was completed, the vehicle was being brought down from the first floor. During this process, due to the showroom's alleged negligence, the car fell from the lift and suffered extensive damage.
The customer is now demanding a brand-new replacement vehicle, arguing that he should not be made to accept a damaged car. However, the company has reportedly offered to compensate the loss through an insurance claim instead.
The incident has sparked a dispute between the customer and the dealership over who should bear responsibility for the damage and whether the buyer is entitled to a completely new car.
@VishalBhargava5 These are mostly British era lands on which these Gymkhanas are built. Typically everything that British did in terms of development has worked pretty well at least in Mumbai. What has the govt or MCGM really built which is lasting.

@ARanganathan72 Are Judges not humans. Regardless it is time for AI to step in when Humans cannot co-exist. It will be 24-7 rulings and probably with greater clarity.
Raj Bhavan, Malabar Hill: Whenever govt tells you that they need to sell public land to fund infrastructure or grab open spaces to make a “exhibition center” - do remember that there is almost 50 acres of ₹30,000 crores here that is a better alternative.
Currently, this is happening all around the world
• Several states in the US have encouraged citizens to work from home.

• Bangladesh ordered shopping malls to close by 7 PM and banned decorative lighting to save electricity.
• China encouraged citizens to switch to electric vehicles (EVs).
• Thailand advised citizens to set air conditioners at 27°C and avoid wearing coats and ties to reduce cooling demand.
• The UK reduced highway speed limits to 80 kmph to improve fuel efficiency.

This is happening all around the world. All countries have increased prices of petrol and issued mandatory harsh measures. India is the only country in the world where no harsh steps have been taken

It is already a narrow road with only 1 moving lane due to parked scooters and now these vans. This must stop. It adds to tremendous pressure on residents living around them.
🚨 Public Inconvenience Alert 🚨
Shooting activity is currently underway on Nathalal Parekh Marg (under Matunga Police Station jurisdiction and Matunga Traffic Division).
The entire road has been completely blocked due to excessive deployment of vanity vans, generators, and buses, causing severe inconvenience to commuters and local residents.
This clearly goes beyond permitted limits. Public roads cannot be taken over to this extent.
I urge @MumbaiPolice@MTPHereToHelp@mybmc to take immediate and strict action, remove the unnecessary vehicles, and restore normal traffic flow at the earliest.

A Hindu girl was forced to remove her Kanthi (Tulsi) mala during the NEET exam in Surat.
Her father courageously protested: “I am the son of a Hindu and I am standing in Surat, not in Lahore, Karachi, or Pakistan."
He said — "You people cannot remove hijab and burqa, but you have the guts to remove the Tulsi mala from my daughter’s neck!”
A temple is not just a structure of stone and mortar but an outpouring of devotion. A paid government official cannot run it - it takes the heart of a devotee. Encouraging to see the Government’s statement. Must translate into action. -Sg
