@Vinamralongani @IndiGo6E @flynorse The only thing that I don't like about them is they are still operating as low cost airlines with no inbuilt entertainment system and similar domestic food meals. The overall experience is not great but it is value for money(as their prices are low)

@SAS You really need to do something, 20-30 passengers stranded at your SAS counter in Paris as SK0580 is cancelled. Flight has been arranged for next day. So logically passengers should have hotel stay + food arranged but its 3 hours no information.

AI1179 landed safely in San Francisco at 2027 Hrs local time (19 July).

We thank the DGCA, Government of India, Embassy of India in Russia, the Russian authorities, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Krasnoyarsk International Airport, and all partners involved, for their support in the situation.

Horrible experience with 6E-17 indigo flight, it was schedule for 6:40 am and now its more than 18 hours, no updates from them yet. There have no answers yet. Pathetic experience. Please intervene.
