@AshwiniVaishnaw I had sent Rakhi by speed post Consignment Number EJ916370034IN. Khalari SO returned me the empty envelope. It is not only about the disappearance of Rakhi, but a citizen's trust in India Post. I am deeply hurt by this attitude of India Post.
