@StandardBankZA The question is why didn’t you cancel my contract for the damaged car when I asked you to and ask the dealer for the refund @StandardBankZA. Now you want money from me for the car I did not use.. you don’t care about the emotional damage you just want money..

@StandardBankZA The agent called Emma called me. Not willing to listen to what I say but telling me I need to pay the money cos I took a loan. I did not take any money but took the car at the dealer and returned it back after a month as it was faulty and informed you as well

A purchased a car and it was financed by @StandardBankZA in 2018. The car was damaged and took it back to the dealer but they refused to cancel my contract but couldn’t step in and assist me to cance
