They are saying if i don't complete KYC then my cibil will be damaged. I said show me ur ID and they started abusive words. In a very bad manners they said some foul words. Do necessary things.

I call on every number but not a single time I can talk with your representative because there is no option to talk with them ! It was totally wrong thing done by SBI. Your representatives are saying it's totally free ! How can they say this things !

@SBICard_Connect @RBI @TheOfficialSBI From that day to till now I could not talk any representative. Surprisingly I get calls to increase my limit,I say them to please convert my reward points into rs and put into my account but they are like sorry sir we can't help you .
