@vicgoddard @RoyalMail They do that all the time. They change the delivery time. Then send a message saying they've attempted a delivery. Funny they never actually leave a card. RM must be over the moon now they can leave messages electronically

@jan_murray I'm so sorry you've gone through all that. Unfortunately, this is all too common. GP 'nurses' doing more procedures without proper training & experience. You can't see a GP for love nor money. It's all phone calls, econsults, GP assistants that don't have any experience

@Fortnums I bought the new Halloween hamper and am so disappointed with the initials on the basket. They are off centre and not straight but at an angle. It's hard to make out the 'F'. Very badly done. It looks like a fake nock off, sadly.

@RoyalMailHelp Do you answer the phones? You would never know. You hang in for over an hour. Quite often you get cut off and have to start again. Incompetent, over paid and u der worked. Claim overtime and go home early... royal mail is a joke. Get rid of them

@RoyalMailHelp You don't answer the damn phones anyway! So a technical issue is yet another excuse to ignore the phones. Call royal mail and you wait over an hour for someone to pick up the call. When they do, they fob you off amd do absolutely nothing to help

@RoyalMailHelp yet again the incompetence amd laziness of a lot of royal mail staff continues. Can't ve bothered to deliver my parcel today. They've already lost another parcel and ignore online forms asking about it. I hate royal mail. They get worse every passing day!
