SHUT UP AND PLAY: Mick Jagger said he avoids talking politics on stage, arguing that concertgoers pay to escape their everyday anxieties rather than listen to lectures.
Lindsey Graham's story began in a single room in the back of his family's restaurant and pool hall in Central, South Carolina. He, his parents, and his sister slept, ate, and lived side by side. He became the first person in his family to go to college.
Then everything changed. His mother died while he was still in school. Months later, his father passed away just as Graham was starting law school. In his twenties, with both parents gone, he became his little sister's guardian and raised her while building a career in the Air Force as a military lawyer, eventually reaching the rank of colonel.
He came home to South Carolina, ran for office, and never stopped fighting for the state he loved. He was loyal to President Trump and, in the President's own words, "a member of the family."
He started with almost nothing and built a life most people can only imagine.
Rest easy, Senator.
A sad day, Miss Bonnie Tyler has passed. We toured together. She was a sweet spitfire of a woman and a great singer. Condolences to her husband Robert, family, friends, and many, many fans. โ Paul & Cynthia Rodgers
