The first live session was yesterday and I think I finally found the best way to learn to code! The tutor was great - he made us talk through our thought process and tried all our suggestions, even though he knew some of them were wrong! This helped us see where we went wrong

Everyone talks about the difference between agency life and in-house. Started in-house with 8000+ product e-commerce site as the only SEO person, moved to an agency with diverse clients and a great team, now back in-house at a service company, and I joined a a great team. 🧵

Trying to be strong, to not panic, & trust my skills. Trust the hiring manager, my background, and my passion. Google is my friend, as well as my coworkers who are keen to help. It’s a learning curve - my environment changed, and that’s ok. It’s ok if I struggle a bit in week 3.

@AdamGrantInfo Thank you! 💪 It's exciting (as I feel like in-house work is more in-depth), scary (change often is!), and also sad (because my current coworkers are amazing).
Also going from a remote job to a remote job in the same office setting (home) has the potential to be challenging.
