I've started a UX/UI Design certificate. I love learning more about this topic and field, which has become central to my instructional design & facilitation work as a faculty member. My current class (UX/UI in research methods) is near and dear to my academic heart ✨📚

My Strategic HRM students complete a 'Career Vision Board' assignment. Reading the assignments evokes many emotions as I learn about their dreams, fears, struggles, and goals. Walking alongside these students is a privilege, and I’m thankful to be a small part of their journeys.

This summer, I worked with a student from our Design program who helped me translate theoretical concepts into images for one of my undergraduate HR courses. I'm excited to try some of these images in my digital lesson plans that guide my in-person delivery this week!
