Some of the most satiating meals on a cut.
Been hammering these over the last few weeks since being back in UK.
1) 0% fat greek/skyr yoghurt with berries (skyr or fage are elite)
2) Oatmeal/Whey & berries
3) Chicken breast with air fried potatoes/pumpkin/butternut squash
4) Low fat smoked salmon with rice cakes & veggies
Canโt go wrong.
Eating LESS can make you LIGHTER.
Eating enough PROTEIN protects
your MUSCLE.
Lifting WEIGHTS tells your body
to BUILD muscle.
Combine all three and youโre
not just chasing WEIGHT LOSS.
Youโre chasing BODY COMPOSITION.
Stanford psychiatrists took 21 adults with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder and slashed their carbs. Psychiatry Research published what happened.
Every one of them was on antipsychotics, and every one had a metabolic problem on top of the diagnosis. Weight gain. Insulin resistance. High triglycerides.
For four months they ate whole foods at about 10% carbs, 60% fat and 30% protein. No calorie counting. They kept taking their medication the whole time.
Metabolic syndrome went from 29% of the group to zero. The patients who stuck with it dropped 12% of their weight and 36% of their visceral fat. Three in four improved meaningfully on a clinician rating of psychiatric severity, and symptom scores in the schizophrenia patients fell 32%.
Be straight about it. Small pilot, no control group, open label, four months. Stanford calls it a starting point for bigger trials, not proof. Nobody stopped their meds. If you or someone you love is on psychiatric medication, you change nothing without your psychiatrist. Ever.
The point is not keto as a cure. The point is that serious mental illness gets treated as drugs only, and the plate is almost never part of the conversation. Food moved the numbers anyway, right alongside the medication.
Ask what is on your plate before you decide what is possible.

ripple:native ETF price multiplier, pretty interesting. ๐
Watched a video from Dana Love, PhD on how XRP ETFs could move the price. I decided to build his model into Koi with some help from Claude.
https://t.co/J61UdmLGxu
His idea is simple. Most XRP trading is the same coins changing hands. ETF buying is different. The funds have to buy real XRP and hold it. Stock market research found every $1 of new money lifts total value about $5. He argues XRP pushes even harder because there are no earnings to pull it back.
His math says $100M a week into XRP ETFs for a year puts XRP around $3.17.
Right now ETFs are averaging about $28M a week. So yeah, pay attention to the ETF inflows. That's the number that matters in his model.
I used Claude to turn it into a page anyone can play with. Live ETF flows, a what if slider, and the math in plain English. Try the "What If Simulator".

This was the Top 5 on Apple Music US exactly two years ago today.
It marked the first time "WILDFLOWER" reached the Top 5 on the chart, despite being a NON-SINGLE.
All of this just ONE DAY after the HMHAS Tour kicked off.
I hope we go through the same cycle of SaaS inventions, but positioned for agents this time.
- A computer for your agent
- A phone for your agent
- Spend observability and alerting tools for your agent
90 days left in 2026. Time to get boring.
๐ถโโ๏ธ Add 2,000 steps/day to your usual routine.
๐ฅ Build every meal around protein + fibre.
๐ฑ Plan your meals instead of leaving food choices to last minute.
๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Strength train 2โ3ร/week. Beginner? Pick a full-body dumbbell/band workout on YouTube and start.
๐ด Fix your sleep. Same bedtime, same wake-up time, 7โ8 hours.
Nothing extreme. Just 90 days of doubling down on the boring stuff.
