@MrH_DSL They (Staffs LA) send out a 1 page template which is posted on Teams the day before the briefing. It’s working really well. 2

@MrH_DSL We have three morning briefings 8.30 - 8.40am M-W. x2 our general briefings led by HTs with safeguarding & H&S as the first items. On Tues, our inclusion lead runs a 7 min safeguarding briefing. Something that’s been encouraged by the LA this year. 1
