@GMB You can't stop it, we need to manage it. Allow immigration, charge for the process, give them ID cards and NI numbers to let them work, DNA photograph and finger print them- any crime deport them and family back. After 5 yrs paying tax they get free healthcare.

@GMB We need a cross-party agreement on the NHS to plan investment for the next 10yrs+. Waiting lists are an easy target to throw a bit of money at and say they're doing a good job. Far more complicated than that, major investment needed in community and primary care.

@dave_mcpartlin I'm health, not fully informed but would say grading needs to remain as that is what motivates providers. However, the culture of the inspectorate and inspection methodology must change - to a more supportive, show us what your proud of and how you've made a difference approach.
