I still don't have my luggage that your company lost since Thursday September 25th and at bare minimum requesting a refund for the carry-on fee for that luggage
@FlyFrontier gave me the worst travel experience! 1 hour delay from SF>ATL missing connecting flight ATL>EWR. Then didnt provide any solutions and left me at the airport to figure it out. Then boarded a flight ATL>TTN. Paid a taxi $100 for an to EWR. Then they LOST MY LUGGAGE!
