Most founders think:
Build → Launch → Market
I think it should be:
Build → Talk → Share → Learn → Improve → Repeat
Your distribution shouldn't start
when the product is finished.
It should start while you're building it.

Britain has produced a generation of thirty-year-olds who can't afford to move out, can't afford to have children, can't afford to get ill, and can't afford to stop.
They did everything they were told. School, university, the debt, the graduate scheme, the promotion that came with more responsibility and £200 a month.
The reward is a life where every month is spoken for before it starts, with nothing left over to build anything that might eventually get them out.
A million people didn't independently fail. This is what a decade of flat wages against climbing costs actually looks like.

@Nigel_Farage How many ex Conservative now Reform MPs respected their constituents and triggered a bye election. ZERO. You are not in a position to comment on this.
