Too often, the system looks fair on paper until women step into leadership. Inclusion is not a wish it takes intentional action.
Tag a woman who deserves a seat at the table or should be leading it.

You people need to understand that people with disabilities and visible differences are actual human beings.
Some will be funny, some will be sweet, some will be difficult and MANY of them will hold opinions you strongly disagree with. That is literally the point of being human. Human beings in relationships will have flaws. They will say things you don’t like.
We cannot be calling someone “less” or dragging their disability into conversations, as if interacting with them is some charitable act. It is not.
As y’all are “angry” about this conversation for your personal reasons, be seeing road. This stereotype is so so harmful and unnecessary and it even hurts women with disabilities the most.
The moment you begin to imply that because someone has a disability they must meet every societal expectation to “deserve” their partner, what you are really saying is that their humanity must be performed to earn basic acceptance.
I know women get “upset” over conversations like this but let me tell you something, when we push narratives that suggest a person with dwarfism, for example, must behave a certain way to be “worthy” of their partner, we are reinforcing a framework that will come back to punish EVERYONE with disabilities very harshly. Including women with disabilities.
Research and lived realities consistently show that it is even women with disabilities that face greater barriers to partnership and social acceptance. Everyone thinks they are doing them a favour by being with them. We do not need this in big 2026.
Today, I am specifically praying for those who are job-hunting and those looking for a better job that God will divinely provide and orchestrate. I pray that you get that job that gives you peace of mind and career growth. I pray your heart's desires are granted. Amen 💕
