@NicolaPollittUK @UKinNepal Have you explored the previous suggestions to leverage Qatar return tickets for those that have them? I.e. get folks to Doha (by any airline); then lobby Qatar air to enable those with tickets to fly free from Doha to London

@monzo Hi, just had confirmation that you won't be waiving your cash withdrawal fees beyond £200 for those outside during country lockdowns. In contrast, EE provided free minutes for the emergency. Can you not lift the fees for folks in trouble?
