@n___vc Although this may seem like a good recipe, these things aren’t that prescriptive. This doesn’t work because they’re aligned to the content, it works because they’re aligned to the strongest visual line. If the container’s stroke were darker, it wouldn’t work.
@LCSlates@stripe Yes. Enabling 3DS may cause significant conversion drops. Recommended for physical goods (imagine a chargeback on a expensive appliance) and high risk markets.
@jeffreynichols@LCSlates@stripe It's not, and it shouldn't since it can drop acceptance rate. Adding friction to the buyer with 2FA may mess up conversion. So it's up to the seller to decide fraud vs conversion rate.
@seraleev No offence to you personally and not sure if it's because of the video, but this is UI blasphemy + not mentioning the slop quality transitions and terrible overall animation. I hope noone takes this a good thing.
Fun experiment, but terrible experience. Physical interactions don't translate well to digital. Remember those cool but awful "magazine type" flash menus that behaved like physical pages? Those were a nightmare. Let's not bring them back.
@mrblackstudio I have yet to see a single piece of work from him. He's just posting random ui work, and half of it is terrible anyways, so not even a good curator.
Adding spring curves everywhere is a big no no. Make sure your designs are solid and indeed "clean". If you're going to mess with typography,
make sure you understand type principles. Your overall spacing is inconsistent across all your comps. Tracking is too tight, so looks whack and hard to read. Typography is the cornerstone of good design, if you're off there, everything falls apart.
