New: Israeli forces expelled Palestinian families at gunpoint and seized three newly built, multi-story homes in Jalud, south of Nablus, converting them into military posts and watchtowers.
Haaretz West Bank correspondent Matan Golan reported that soldiers were watching settlers play ball in the courtyard of the Tubasi family home, after the family was driven out following a monthlong siege.
Hours after the army reportedly removed a settler outpost from the courtyard, a settler was filmed carrying equipment into one of the Palestinian homes as soldiers looked on. The village is under a long-term military closure barring journalists from entering.
And separately in Kafr Sur, south of Tulkarem, Israel issued demolition notices for eight homes and structures, including a farm.
“Area B. A long-term closure order. Journalists cannot enter. Ethnic cleansing, 2026,” Golan wrote.
