DPD loaders & drivers strike again!!

I could hear the driver digging out the box, which he had upside down as he came out the back of the van!

Not surprised to see the plants on their side with the soil/compost all spilled out!

They were meant to deliver to me last Friday, then last Saturday, Then Sunday, they couldn't find where i live......Come Monday got a knock on my door, i told the driver to take it back......

Yesterday, DPD couriers claimed to have delivered a parcel to me after a seven day wait.

As proof of delivery they provided a photo of a hand accepting a parcel. The hand showed a long blue thumbnail. Not mine. It also showed a rather battered looking door. My door is pristine.

So who did my parcel go to? I guess I’ll never know.

3 days later it arrives at MY HOUSE, 30 seconds from where I sent it from 😂

Told me I’d have a refund in May, still nothing now.

@HMRCcustomers As mentioned asking codes by post does not work because it takes too long to arrive. I am not looking for a personalised solution. Only a genetic one that actually works in 2025. Why can't I sign up to make it digital or get the code on my account as a message?

@HMRCcustomers an agent asked auth to access and manage my personal tax account in Jan 13 and the codes arrived only today by post expired on the 22nd Feb. Is there another way to give authorisation through the website directly?
