@JamesLacher @obesityhelp Post-ops are often unable to get enough whole foods to meet their micronutrient needs, and if their surgery is restrictive/malabsorptive long term (as all WLS is), then supplementation REMAINS important. Wouldn't you rather prevent issues that try to fix them if they develop?
