The time has come for me to shift career priorities away from Digital Practice in AEC. I no longer have to say “one day…” to desires & dreams of taking control of my career. I’m excited to publicly announce that our business @Day1Properties will now be my full-time endeavor.

@SacAppraiser Some of us had to lower our prices from not being over priced but rather countering the rapid interest rate climb and timid buyers getting out priced. Payments are drastically different than 6 months ago.

@Day1Properties we closed on the purchase of (2) properties on April 1st. 2 months of rehab and we will be back on the market. Vacant lot will be 3br/2ba Craftsman - waiting on permit approval to get the ball rolling

Well @USATODAY it looks like I'm going to be looking for a new online news source... now that you have effectively locked down ~50% of your stories to "subscribers". This is a bad decision... my opinion from a long time consumer.
@Twiceroadsfool There are many comments here that are valid reasons to gather... but I'm assuming @Twiceroadsfool reference is getting back in the office and not "doing it the way we always have done it" mentality. Adapt to change is also warranted but often ignored...
