@Hyperoptic what has happened to your customer service? You used to be so good but each of the 4 people I’ve spoken to over the past week have been incredibly rude and unhelpful! All your infrastructure is installed yet I’m continually being fobbed off about no availability
@SkyHelpTeam Awful customer service from Sky Mobile - iPhone arrived damaged and in the course of trying to get it replaced I have been told that I’ve declined to send evidence when I hadn’t been asked to. I can’t wait to read the transcripts of these imaginary conversations!
@SkyHelpTeam So I’m stuck with a phone I can’t use and no way to have it replaced or refunded until the case team deigns to call me at some unspecified time in the future
@SkyHelpTeam Im afraid it’s your mobile team exhibiting the dreadful customer service I mentioned! They are the ones that called, couldn’t get through so closed the case(!), then wrote in the notes that they’d spoken to me and I’d refused to provide evidence - none of which is true.
@SkyHelpTeam I’m told that only the ‘case team’ can do anything about this matter, but as they are unable to be contacted directly I’m required to wait for a call and make sure I’m not doing anything else and miss the call lest they give up after one try and close the case again.

@axainsurance I know that it’s tough at the moment, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to respond to legit claims with emails saying that you are “frustrated” by the number of claims you’re receiving.
Particularly when you asked for the same info 3x and then ignore what I’ve sent
@kiripritchardmc Currently trying to get my wife to cut my hair but she’s not convinced! My view is that even if she does a terrible job, it’ll be infinitely better than if I try to do it myself! 😂
@AppleSupport When I send photos / screenshots through the Messages app, the recipient receives a very blurry version of the picture. When you send the same photo via AirDrop or directly after taking a screenshot, the images are received fine - is this a known bug?
@PhilRosenthal Just finished watching Somebody Feed Phil and found it the most interesting, uplifting and inspiring series I’ve watched in a long time! Fingers crossed there will be a season two!
