Things I've learned about bike fitting...

Get the bike fit before you buy the bike, not after.

Fitting on an adjustable jig is better than fitting on your own bike, if your bike is wrong there is only so far a bike fitter can adjust it.

11 weeks ive been vaping instead of smoking, i smoked for 25 years, 20 a day, tried many times to quit, the vape made it easy, since my first puff of the vape I havnt wanted a smoke, but for some reason, today I could sell my soul to satan for a cigarette

It is 47 days since my last cigarette, i was on 20 a day. that's 940 cigarettes I didn't smoke. I've gone from 12 quid a day on smokes to £1 a day on vape oil.

Average Resting heart heart rate for 4 weeks compared to previous 4 week period. Is it just coincidence that I had my last cigarette just over 4 weeks ago?

2 days in the new site for 100 houses, totally overgrown wilderness, grass weeds, wind bushes, briars and trees, havnt even started to clear it, just enough to make a road in. already ripped out 2 wasps nests, thank god for air con, i can keep door and windows of machine closed

Quite often we get burst hydraulic pipes on machinery at work, when the pipe is removed the tapered end of the plug could be inserted into the valve to stop leaking of fluid, the cone like shape would mean it could plug a wide range of pipe sizes
