📚 #ReadySteadyWrite Staircase! 📚
WOW! WOW! WOW! We are so impressed by this incredible enhancement from @BanksRoadSch. 🤩👏
What an incredible way to celebrate all the #ReadySteadyWrite vehicle texts. We can imagine the children having wonderful conversations as they climb these enchanting stairs. Discussions about texts they've already completed and those they're most excited to delve into next. 📖🔎
Thank you for sharing this awesome picture with us, @BanksRoadSch.

🎭 Provocations for Drama 🎭
WOW! Year 3 & 4 at @tps_pri have been busy acting out their new book characters. 🔎📖
Children write best about what they know. We fill our #ReadySteadyWrite units with lots of opportunities for drama. This fills them with ideas and vocabulary to then add to their writing.

@HGold_author It depends on different year groups - I set up poetry workshops with KS1, where we collect nouns, adjectives and verbs then put them together to make a fun poem, then use illustrations as a provocation for description in KS2. You can start them off then they can carry on later 😊
Year One had a wonderful afternoon celebrating National Poetry Day with Lizzie! We’ve enjoyed a fun workshop and have been inspired to write our own poems. 📝Thank you @digglewrites#BCNPSInspire@BarntonMrsL@BarntonMissR
