@British_Airways Hello - it has now been nearly 4 days, no bag, no information - logging onto the online portal is useless as only informs “locating bag” - it’s been FOUR DAYS!!!!!!!! How can this still be ongoing?!!?

The number your representative gave us to call to check on the status of our bags has just been called, the response “contact the airline, we are only the handling agent” someone find our bags!
