A primary reason I use #Tweetdeck is ability to clear columns. In case feedback wanted, I greatly dislike that CLEAR is hidden behind a click now; new design does TWO.

I like new account mgmt features, but would honestly stop using TD entirely.

Computer Education was my field for the first decade of my professional career. Teaching tech to seniors has become--if involuntarily--a fixture of my most recent decade. In case anyone is in the same boat, my humble attempt at some tips:

As you teach a task (remember, tell them what to do, then let THEM actually DO the thing...) type out a step-by-step breakdown of the task. Leave this behind so the senior can reference it the next time they try the same task. This can be a path to pride in independence.
