Purchased flex 2 today but received faulty speaker. Not charging. Stops with distorting sound. new Bose SoundLink Flex 2 produces distorted sounds and switches off when increased the volume. This is not normal, even if the battery is low.

My product has not reached the service center. And not got my product delivered, every one is asking for DM but why?

@AmritaNKM @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @SamsungIndia Better it is cancelled, you have not lost money, but i have lost money they have sent duplicate bose speaker, and one thing I must share that it was picked up for replacement by unknown person and no agency @bose @flipkart is taking any response.

Very disappointing for a brand-new product! Please arrange a replacement or refund my money if possible.
