Leisha / @lonestarchica , is a former Congressional Aide turned dog rescuer with over 50k followers on X. She has taken up the case to “Save Hachi”, a two year old German Shepherd puppy who was ordered by a Texas judge to be euthanized after a neighbor called and said he was bit by the dog. Eye witness accounts have spoken out saying Hachi was provoked by the neighbor and jumped up and scratched him, but did not actually bite the neighbor, yet the Judge still ordered the dog to be put down.

Leisha’s impact and voice has been instrumental in helping the owner raise money to help pay for an attorney with the goal of reversing this decision to bring Hachi home. The fight is not over, they have successfully extended the date Hachi is to be put down, but they have not won this battle yet.

Leisha wrote an article called HACHI’s LAW to help raise awareness and fight for change in Texas, as a dog should not be euthanized over a first offense, let alone a minor scratch. Her article has over 1.7 million views on X and is currently in 3rd place in the running for the 1 million dollar prize on X.

She is a Normie account on X, who very likely could be getting mentioned by Elon Musk in weeks to come. Her hash tag of #Savehachi has been trending off and on all week. She has never been in crypto or promoted crypto until recently when she was made aware of a token a community created on @bagsapp to send her the royalties to help her in her fight to save dogs and save Hachi.
