Illegal encroachments by shopkeepers on Narayan Dhuru St & Nakhuda St, Pydhonie Mumbài 3.
Despite repeated email complaints. Temporary fixes fail to address chaos, blocking roads & endangering pedestrians.
@mybmc@MumbaiPolice@mybmcWardB Is this negligence or a sign that land mafia influence trumps the law? Pedestrians struggle to walk, traffic chaos reigns, and hygiene suffers—all while authorities turn a blind eye.

For YEARS, shopkeepers on Narayan Dhuru St, Pydhonie, Mumbai-3 repeatedly encroaching roads with bamboos, plastic mandaps, mannequins & carts—blocking traffic & endangering lives! 1/4
Despite repeated complaints, no permanent solution.
Court has directed police to maintain order post-BMC action, yet encroachers return as if they’re above the law. Why no enforcement?

Illegal encroachment by shopkeepers (up to 8ft) continues at Narayan Dhuru St & Nakhuda St, Pydhonie Mumbai 400003. Despite multiple complaints & Court Orders, the issue remains. Encroachers return immediately after BMC trucks leave. No enforcement seen from @MumbaiPolice
The road is fully blocked, the lane is filthy, and encroachers return right after every drive.
As per court orders, it’s the police’s duty to ensure encroachments don’t return — but here it’s the opposite.
Please take permanent action.
