@MiIndiaSupport@MiIndiaFC There is nothing mentioned about policy of calling customer care within 24 hours of delivery neither on the order receipt we received and neither on the order confirmation email! How on earth someone would know to complain within 24 hours !
This is what I mentioned! They want you to make the complain within 24 hours! If someone is head out for vacation should leave or postponed his or plan just to make sure he or should complain about damaged product within 24 hours! @MiIndiaSupport@MiIndiaFC#aftersalesupport
