They equated this honesty with "oversharing" even when presented as professional wisdom (e.g. "mistake I made at 25: don't do this"). (2/2)

Interestingly a friend / ex-colleague of mine is a psychosocial OT, meaning she was trained to use this concept. But her students have trouble w/ it (1/2)

When we lost power in Houston freeze, learned how time-consuming (takes 1 hour to heat water for 1 bath).

@Fernand1Barbara @CandiceElizab12 @mccanner Used to love hot, hot showers in the winter. Like up to 50% of all folks I get "chicken skin"- keratin pilaris, actually super common condition. Scalding hot showers are terrible for that. And yes, this is what my dermatologist taught me to do, along with using Cetaphil.
