📌At the end of last year, I weighed 240 lbs and decided to try the Carnivore diet.
📌My daily intake consists of 2 lbs of meat, 8 to 15 egg yolks (cooked or raw), and weekly portions of bone marrow, calf liver, and heart.
📌The results have been astounding now weight 170 lbs and my blood work has never been better.
📌My health has improved significantly, and I have never felt better in my life.
📌My joint pain has disappeared, and my mental clarity is sharper than ever.
📌I require less sleep and no longer hit the snooze button in the morning.
📌Overall, I feel like I'm Healing at a rapid rate. It truly is magical!
