Netclaw 0.28 (and 0.28.1) are out - been working on these for a while as they're a significant step towards an orchestrator model for more complex jobs inside Netclaw.
- Tool call limits removed (loop detection instead)
- All agents run async / in-background
- Much stronger approval matching
- Automatically resumes sessions + background agents after restart
- Much stronger redaction and data controls
And all of this stuff runs well with self-hosted models.
Heya, it's Friday and there is a new release of CodeAlta 1.12.0! 🎉 Packed with:

Roslynk 3.0 has been released. Lots of updates!
More than one tool signature has changed, so if you are in an existing conversation tell your harness to re-import the Roslynk MCP meta data.

So @AkkaDotNET v1.6 is already an order-of-magnitude improvement for networking and serialization performance over v1.5, but the next beta of it is about to be even faster:
Looking at about a ~20% throughput improvement across the board and significant reductions in CPU / mem resources per message.
All from simple mechanical fixes plus some experimental IActorRef compression on the receiving side of the wire.
Microsoft now ships Linux commands that run natively on Windows.
Coreutils for Windows brings ls, cp, cat, grep, find and the rest of the classic Linux toolkit to Windows, so the same commands and scripts work on Windows, Mac, Linux and WSL. 5.3K stars.
→ one install: winget install Microsoft.Coreutils
→ the same flags and pipelines you already use on Linux
→ built on the open-source uutils project, packaged and maintained by Microsoft
→ switch off any command that clashes with your shell
Still in preview. PowerShell needs version 7.4 or later, and a few commands like kill aren't included.
MIT.

I feel embarrassed posting this because it looks suspiciously benchmaxxed, but I promise it's not.
After running a benchmark on Roslynk vs Roslyn LSP vs Standard harness Tools, I asked Opus to read the tool calls it decided to make and give me data.

When multi-agent terminals for managing multiple TUI agents, like tmux, started gaining popularity, there wasn't a Windows version available.
So I built one just for myself.
Eventually, I went through the painful process of removing WPF and porting everything to Avalonia, and now I've even released a macOS version!
English-speaking users probably won't notice any issues, but getting multilingual IME input windows to work properly on macOS was quite a headache. 😅
Other than that, everything works great!
Under the hood, each terminal is controlled as an actor using https://t.co/ZYgXaxJusJ's actor model.

For iOS it has 29.
I have no statistics for Windows installs.

I finished implementing a full AVIF codec this morning for ImageSharp that was started 3 years ago by a contributor and it's faster and uses less memory than the reference encoder. #dotnet#oss

Shipped v1.7.0 of dotnet-skills, which now includes:
- Comprehensive CsCheck skill for defining model and property-based tests
- dotnet Docker SDK best practices
- Updates to TestContainer and dotnet-slopwatch skills
CsCheck one was necessary because even Opus 5.5 absolutely wrecked itself trying to write decent Specs for model based testing.

Apple says you need a Mac to build iPhone apps.
Today I built one on Omarchy Linux, submitted it to the App Store, installed it on my iPhone over USB, and stopped it at a breakpoint in the debugger.
No Mac anywhere.
It's all open source:

@ICooper I very much agree with your point of "the domain specific language" of patterns - various kinds of them. But to appreciate this work, one needs to appreciate language, and mostly feel the pain of lack of it.
