Something which I corrected you shortly thereafter. Simple easy capital structure and small market cap is a huge advantage. Add in the daily dividend and a competent team that are not just copying saylor.. huge potential.

@BitPaine I love MSTR like anyone else in this thread but you are missing how much a clean balance sheet and captial structure will be priced once BTC moves.

MSTR has a more complicated capital structure with several preferreds and outstanding convertables making it difficult to value.
