Its insane how many times i was passed around b4 talking to a rep willing to investigate further instead of send me to some1 “more suited to help.” I really almost lost it.

@AskFrontier i WFH & having issues w/ wifi internet. Videos on phone, pc, & devices are regularly going through periods where they buffer non stop.

I live in a 1 br apartment and this can happen when I’m on phone 5 ft from my modem & router. CS tried to upsell me when i called.
