If it really relies on the announcements coming and it looks like it will happen, why wouldn’t the hedge funds have covered weeks ago? I’m a major Long in GME, I’m just curious why they wouldn’t cover already?

$GME don’t we hope buybacks haven’t started yet because you would think/hope it would have increased the share price. Announcing that a buyback has happened while the stock has gone down isn’t ideal right?

@InningOne Since they have released the warrants it’s always felt like to me that there have been more warrants sold than available. I feel like there paper warrants trading out there. If they can show that happening the squeeze will be even bigger than just a stock squeeze

1. Can GameStop issue more Warrants to warrant holders? (Every 10 warrant you own you get 1 for free at different expiry)
2. Can GameStop buyback warrants instead of stock?
3. Warrants could cause a squeeze way quicker than stock, right?

1 I never knew they could change the warrant from 1 share to 2. Where does it say that at?

2. Why does the price under convertible notes cause for so much dilution? Just because lower price means more shares issued or do the notes cause problems under their level
