@YTseretyan @rheem_water Yeah, gas tankless is the best ... Unfortunately, I have neither a boiler (Florida 🤷) nor gas line, so electric tank is what I am stuck with. I can only guess, 25 years ago they used to build better products. Many things changed to worse in the last two decades :(

Where are you getting this?
The median effective tax rate in the US is about 5%. Bottom 40% (!) of people by income pay NO dldeseral income tax at all. Bottom 25% actually GET PAID by the feds.
