Hyperliquid’s New Million-Dollar Business Strategy.

The recent launch of Portfolio Margin has opened a massive new revenue stream that most are still overlooking.

With $4B TVL currently sitting on the platform, I did the math to see how much extra revenue this could actually generate. The numbers might surprise you.

Lending protocols often have "quiet" revenue, but at this scale, small percentages turn into massive figures. If we assume a capital utilization of 5% to 30% and an APY ranging from 0.5% to 8%, the growth potential is huge.

90% of this new revenue goes straight to the users, while the platform retains 10% to fuel growth.

This is a win-win. Users earn on capital that was previously "parked," and the protocol builds a sustainable revenue stream without extra fees.

As you can see, with a modest 20% capital utilization and a 4% yield, we are looking at over $3,000,000 in additional revenue.

But the thing is this structural change allows for the creation of much more sophisticated strategies.

As these strategies roll out, they will naturally drive significantly higher trading volume and deeper market interest which will generate even higher revenue for the protocol.
