Excited about landing the stack! macro for #nalgebra soon! Thanks to Birk Tjelmeland for the initial implementation.
Procedural macros in #rustlang are pretty neat🤌

Nintendo doesn't know about this but I'm making a Super Mario movie game that plays in the browser and It's almost done 🚀
Rendering: @threejs & @PixiJS (UI)
Physics: #rapier by @dimforge
Architecture: ECS w/ miniplex
Inspiration: some guys in Japan
I'm working with @sp3ctral_cat on a Godot 4 extension for the @dimforge's Rapier physics engine. On the current WIP, performance and stability are much better than GodotPhysics. Here is the first preview. #Godot4#GodotEngine#gamedev#Physics
Happy new year 2023 everyone🥳✨
The year 2022 was full of new exciting features for our Rapier #opensource#rustlang physics engine. Check out our progress report for 2022, and objectives for 2023 🚀https://t.co/dHEVIq2t6r
It is super impressive how far @CroquetIO is going with the concept of bit-identical cross-platform determinism for building an #OpenMetaverse in #javascript (and using our Rapier physics engine).
Be sure to check them out on GitHub, and #ProductHunt!

Very excited by the Ultimechs VR game launched today by @resolutiongame 🤖☄️🎊This is the first (that we know of) published VR game using our Rapier #opensource#rustlang physics engine. Check it out! https://t.co/iLvkLnYB1Q
Synchronized physics in the Croquet OS. This is using Croquet's replicated computation architecture. The physics engine is https://t.co/LF1bv7oyye - a powerful system written in Rust. We worked closely with the creator to ensure it works great in Croquet. It does... #croquetio
Huge thanks to @resolutiongame for being our new Gold sponsor 🎉 This will help up so much to sustain our work on our open-source #rustlang physics-engine Rapier ⚔️ for #gamedev! Check out how they are using Rust for VR games: https://t.co/Od1IE5OJSy
Happy new year everyone 🎊🚀
Together in 2021 we have made great progress on our Rapier #opensource#rustlang physics engine and our linear-algebra crate: nalgebra. Check out our progress report for 2021, and objectives for 2022! Take care❤️https://t.co/OR1GyEu2nv
Huge thanks to @fragcolor for being our new Gold sponsor 🎉 This will help up so much to sustain our work on our open-source #rustlang crates for #gamedev! They will be using Rapier as part of their distributed gaming ecosystem. Check them out at: https://t.co/n1oWM4D8OL
@naive231 Hi! We are not aware of any list of CPUs meeting the IEEE 754-2008 standard currently. In practice, all modern CPUs we tested worked fine (incl. Apple M1) for Rapier’s determinism.
There is the IeeeCC754 tool which checks if a given floating point implementation is compliant.
The seventh edition of our newsletter is out 🥳! We rewrote the user-guide for the #Javascript bindings of our #opensource#gamedev#rustlang physics engine, made nalgebra safer and more friendly to non-Copy scalar types🧮, and more!
