I predict that digital technology will continue to negatively affect mental health. When we are too connected online, it can cause psychological issues such as distraction, expectation of instant gratification, and depression/anxiety. #DCIM353c

I like what Ben Tarnoff said about a software engineer at Facebook comparing him/herself to a janitor at Facebook. If you shift your view to see that you are both workers at the same company, it is likely that there will be more harmony between workers of all levels. #DCIM353c
