I think he could do really well leaving church leadership & taking THIS show on the road as a stand-up comedy routine. He could make as much or maybe more than he is as a paid "shepherd", but without the harm.

Just wait a few years. It's difficult to watch, with the many families we knew who presumed they were "Shepherding"
