The "those who can't, teach" crowd is now realizing that teachers can pretty much learn any skill and adapt to most other jobs very easily, and businesses and companies are fighting to recruit former teachers.
So it seems like those who teach can do pretty much anything.
If I had a technology wishlist to explore, I would add:
1. Classic VR kits for augmented learning
2. 3D printing lab to inspire fun lessons
3. Ozobot to watch coding come to life
Those three items would completely transform my classroom!🤯 #EdTech#5320EdTechLead
2/2 I cannot imagine that learning begins and ends in a classroom. We are all building on each other’s learning experiences, so it’s important to broaden our minds in this collective participation that is life. #EdTech#5320EdTechLead
1/2 My success motto is to become a lifelong learner by building resilience, gaining diverse experience, and making connections. Lifelong learning expands my mind to knowledge opportunities that enrich my personal and professional life #EdTech#5320EdTechLead

@saratruebridge A7: I will continue to reflect on my personal and professional growth. Glad this ended in such positivity! I’ve gained a lot of insight from all participants 🫶🏽
@saratruebridge A6: Here’s a positive that has stood the test of time…watching the “lightbulb” moments, challenging student thinking and students exceeding expectations, those heartfelt personalized gifts… I could go on. It’s the most fulfilling career 🥰#resiliencechat
@saratruebridge A5: hope for education reform soon. Many educators are feeling undervalued and misunderstood. There’s been too much emphasis on the role of teaching to extend beyond our given scope without real positive reinforcement. #resiliencechat
@dimsiam2 @JesmelOrtiz I couldn't agree more! What is so interesting is that what some may think as small levels of support have such BIG implications and rewards! #resiliencechat
@saratruebridge A4: How can an educator resist influence of negative school culture? How can school leaders nurture good school culture? #resiliencechat
@saratruebridge Piggybacking off @JesmelOrtiz answer and adding that it’s so important for students and teachers to feel supported. Most often, I see shifts in behavior and performance when the simplest levels of support is present.
@saratruebridge A2: In a very simplified version— the education and human experience are more synonymous than we think. We need to adapt to new social climates to meet the needs of this generation #resiliencechat
@saratruebridge A 1: Leading together means to collaboratively work in a team by equitably allowing for diverse voices and strengths to be utilized in decision making #resiliencechat

Q4: How can we place more accountability on individual students to be active participants in their learning, while maintaining a strong relationship that provides emotional safety and an appropriate amount of support? #CrazyPLN
