My G, 3 Fridays ago around this time we were talking about dropping bodies in the Heathens game. Life played a cruel joke and dropped you, literally. Tomorrow, sail out with your brothers, they need you! We will get justice, it’s a matter of when not if.💔🕊️
Early this morning, we attended Central Police Station where we had information that about 74 people were being held following their arrest during yesterday's demonstrations. In accordance with their right to fair trial, we agitated for their arraignment in Court without undue delay. The 74 will be presented before the Magistrates Court in Milimani later today, where a team of Advocates are on standby to represent them pro bono.
We urge Advocates who are available and around Kibra and Makadara Law Courts to avail themselves in the event some unaccounted people are arraigned in these courts from other police stations.
Video of Comrade Mulinge Muteti being forcefully arrested by the Kenyan neocolonial state ,we won't sucumb to the political repression we are going through,we will still remain defiant
This is what the failed regime had rather we forget. No we won’t! Instead, we’ll fight until justice! It may not come today or tomorrow, but we’ll ensure it’s done. #JusticeForOurMashujaas
Police in Kenya have fired tear gas at protesters who are gathering on the second anniversary of Gen Z demonstrations that were met with deadly force by security forces.
🚨 BREAKING: We can reveal A MASSIVE CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED by police.
They thought they could get away with it. They were wrong.
A young Kenyan man has just been abducted in broad daylight. A video has exposed the terrifying coordination between regular police and ununiformed operatives.
They dragged him away, threw him straight into the boot of an unmarked Subaru, and sped off into the night. No badges. No accountability. Just raw, state-sponsored terror.
We captured the number plate: KCB 089G.
But here is where the nightmare deepens. My colleagues just ran an official NTSA search on that plate. It is a total clone.
According to NTSA, KCB 089G belongs to an old Toyota Harrier registered way back in 2014. Yet, the vehicle used in this abduction is a brand-new Subaru. They are using fake, cloned identities on rogue state vehicles.
Let’s dig even deeper into who they are protecting. NTSA records show that the actual Harrier plate is registered to a man named Issa Mohamed Angatia.
A quick cross-match of the official UDA data online reveals a member with the exact same name, located in Mombasa, Marimari. Why is a ruling party member’s registration data tied to a phantom vehicle kidnapping our youth?
My fellow Kenyans, look at the sinister psychology behind this. This isn’t just a "procedural error", this is a calculated trap to make human beings vanish forever.
Follow me carefully.
Imagine this was your son...
Your brother...
Or your friend.
Eyewitnesses report the registration.
CCTV captures the same number plate.
Investigators search it.
The investigation hits an immediate, engineered dead end. The victim disappears into a black hole, and the state washes its hands clean.
This guy wasn't a terrorist. He is a young Kenyan. Why does the state need to use underworld tactics, cloned plates, and political cover to arrest its own citizens?
This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have already intercepted and are currently reviewing over 5 more suspicious vehicles operating under the exact same rogue playbook. I will be exposing every single one of them later.
We must hold these people accountable, and I mean every single word.
Look at your sons. Look at your brothers. If we stay silent now, who is next? Follow me here much more is coming. Evidence in replies.
Today as we marched to Parliament to lay flowers at the site where Kenyan Youth were shot dead, police violently dispersed us a few metres from the precincts of Parliament.
I pulled Rex Masai's mother, who was marching next to me into my vehicle as other mothers and victims found refuge in the few cars on site.
We drove away as police men pursued us.
We were guilty of one thing: peaceful demonstration and picketing as allowed by our Constitution in remembrance of these young heroes.
As a people, we shall not relent until we deliver justice and accountability for the victims.
#Ukombozi is nigh!
PRESS STATEMENT BY SENATOR OKIYA OMTATAH ON THE PUBLIC DEBT CASE RULING
Fellow Kenyans,
Today, the High Court delivered an important ruling in our public debt case.
The Court upheld the @IMFNews claim of diplomatic immunity and struck it out of this petition. While we respect the Court’s decision, accountability for Kenya’s debt burden cannot end there.
We are preparing a separate legal challenge to the Bretton Woods Agreements Act, 1963, against the Constitution of Kenya 2010 to ensure all actors involved in Kenya’s debt processes are subjected to proper scrutiny.
Most importantly, the Court rejected attempts by the Attorney General and other respondents to have this case dismissed. The judges ruled that our petition will proceed to a full hearing on its merits.
The Court also dismissed applications by the former Auditor General, former Controller of Budget, the current Auditor General, and the current Controller of Budget seeking to shield themselves from these proceedings.
This is a significant victory for transparency, accountability, and the Kenyan people.
We will amend our petition as directed by the Court and return on 22nd July 2026. Our mission remains unchanged: to establish how Kenya accumulated trillions in public debt, how the funds were utilized , whether the public benefited and whether the law was followed at every stage.
This case is about protecting the future of our nation and the interests of every Kenyan taxpayer.
We remain focused, determined, and committed to seeing it through.
God Bless Kenya.

Kalonzo Musyoka, Martha Maria, David Maraga, Eugine Wamalwa, turned up for photo ops with Victims' parents and relatives, promised to to accompany them to parliament, only to enter their cars and abandon them at parliament in the hands of vicious police officers... Sad.
