In a pursuit for alcohol-free drinks that aren't sickly sweet, we found #aperitif syrup from @giffardusa. Game changer! We mix 2 oz. of the syrup with 0.25 oz. fresh lemon juice, and top with ice and 6-8 oz. seltzer. Garnish with a lemon twist. Easy, refreshing, guilt-free!
