A3- goes hand in hand with art- allowing students to have choices giving students specific goals/tasks/objectives for an assignment, allowing their personal artistic touches in their works, tasks are done creating an environment where artistic exploration is encouraged! #BESPLC

A2: This goes hand in hand with target talk, encouragement rather than praise. Discuss with the students what can be improved as far as work, performance, behavior, etc Be more deliberate in my target talk with students feel its about changing your approach #BESPLC

A1: Having student centered discipline- rules/procedures clear to students, consequences should relate to the rule broken, establishing the social/emotional literacy in students will help them regulate to hopefully lesson discipline issues #BESPLC

as a staff to not just talk it but walk it, practice/use it daily among-st ourselves and our students, to be real. be good roll models from the top down and realize at the end of the day we are all humans and need to feel love, kindness, empathy, caring amazing things can happen!

A4: Showing students that we are humans and have feelings just like them is important. Modeling appropriate emotions for them is important. Its also important as a staff to be supportive of each other and have each others back when times get tough
