Dear @chronomentary I received my tests, just 2 days before leaving, but in useful time. The fit to fly are not marked differently from the return kit, had to guess which are which and be careful not to confuse them. Would be useful to use the clearer boxes shown on your website.

@chronomentary I am day 4 pre-departure and haven’t received EITHER. Cannot speak with anyone and no answers to emails. Please set-up a system that works… you are recommended by BA and it does not seem like you are doing a good job at dealing with customers concerns and complaints.
