It's done purposely I think. To malign image of the city.
Can we not have the city cleaned properly and regularly.
Most roads are full of garbage

You are detached from the reality.
Your sales people are mis-selling by making false commitments.
They have woven such a modus operandi that gullible people like me have been made to pay huge amount for absolutely no services.
It's impossible to get a refund.
